I am running Panda Antivirus and MuvAudio crashes on load with the following error: "MuvAudio.WPF.exe - Application Error: The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x0000000". The memory could not be 'read'...". How can I fix this?

For reference, the error message will look like this:

Panda Antivirus uses new TruPrevent technologies that interfere with MuvAudio, causing it to crash on load. To fix this issue, you will need to change the TruPrevent settings to not use the "behavior analysis based on artificial intelligence” option. TruPrevent will still be enabled but will use the original method for detection of inappropriate files.

Instructions:
  1. Open the Panda Control Panel.
  2. Under Security Protection, click on the Settings option.
  3. On the left-hand side, click on Unknown Threats.
  4. On the right, next to Enable TruPrevent Technologies, click on the Settings button.
  5. Disable (uncheck) the behavior analysis based on artificial intelligence option.
  6. Close the Panda Control Panel.
  7. MuvAudio should now open successfully.

This may also apply to other protection programs such as Norton and/or others. If they have technology similar to TruPrevent, please disable it and try to open MuvAudio. If it opens, please let us know by submitting a support request so we can provide other users with explicit instructions in this FAQ for their application.
